By using the online booking system for The LDH Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These details ensure clarity, manage expectations, and help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients and stylists.

All stylists working within The LDH Studio are self-employed.
This means:

• When you make a booking, you are entering into a direct agreement with the individual stylist you select. 
• Each stylist manages their own availability, pricing, services, deposits, cancellations, and communication. 
• The LDH Studio cannot modify, cancel, or refund appointments on behalf of a stylist.
   

We are happy to help direct you to the correct stylist if you need support.

When booking, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and up to date. 
• You understand the service you are booking. 
• You will contact your stylist if you are unsure which appointment type you need.
   

Incorrect bookings may result in changes to service time or may require rescheduling.

Once your booking is submitted:

• You will receive an automated confirmation from the system or your stylist. 
• Your appointment is only considered confirmed once any required deposit is paid (if applicable). 
• Stylists reserve the right to decline or amend bookings if unsuitable for the requested service (e.g., not enough time).
   

For all colour services:

• A mandatory skin test must be completed 48 hours before your appointment. 
• If this has not been completed, your stylist may cancel or reschedule your appointment for safety.
   

Failure to attend a patch test may result in loss of deposit.

By booking through the system, you agree to the salon’s Cancellation Policy:

• 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. 
• Late cancellations may incur a 75% fee. 
• No-shows may be charged 90% of the booked service.
   

These fees are collected directly by the stylist.

Because all stylists are self-employed:

• All service concerns must be raised directly with your stylist. 
• Refunds, if offered, are at the sole discretion of the stylist. 
• The LDH Studio cannot issue refunds or alter bookings.
   

Clients must contact their stylist within 7 days if they have concerns about their service outcome.

While we aim to ensure smooth access to the booking system:

• The LDH Studio is not liable for booking errors caused by technical outages, connectivity issues, or third-party system faults. 
• If a technical error occurs, please contact your stylist directly to confirm your appointment.
   

• Prices listed in the booking system are set by each stylist individually. 
• Stylists may update their prices, services, or availability at any time. 
• If a change affects your booking, your stylist will contact you.
   

By booking, you also agree to:

• Our Cancellation Policy 
• Our Skin Testing Policy 
• Our Complaints Policy 
• Our Client Service Agreement 
• All stylist-specific terms (if applicable)
