Welcome to The LDH Studio. This Client Service Agreement outlines how our salon operates, how appointments are managed, and what clients can expect when receiving services from our team of independent, self-employed stylists.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below, which are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a beautiful experience for all.

All stylists working within The LDH Studio are self-employed professionals, each running their own business from within our space.

This means:

• Each stylist is responsible for their own bookings, pricing, services, and availability. 
• Any concerns, complaints, adjustments, or refund requests must be handled directly with your stylist. 
• The LDH Studio provides the physical workspace and supports communication, but does not manage or oversee each stylist’s business operations or financial decisions.
   

We are always happy to help direct you to the correct stylist if needed.

By booking an appointment:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the self-employed stylist providing your service. 
• Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. 
• Some services may require a deposit or pre-payment, depending on your stylist’s individual terms.
   

Please ensure your contact details are correct so your stylist can reach you if needed.

Each stylist at The LDH Studio follows the salon’s standard policies:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. 
• Late cancellations may incur a 75% fee. 
• No-show appointments may be charged at 90% of the service cost. 
• Deposits may be retained in line with your stylist’s individual policy.
   

Your stylist will communicate their specific terms if they differ.

For your safety:

• A skin test is required 48 hours before any colour service. 
• Some services may require a consultation beforehand. 
• We reserve the right to decline a service if patch testing or consultation requirements are not met.
   

This protects both you and your stylist.

If you have any concerns about your service:

• Contact your stylist within 7 days of your appointment. 
• Your stylist may offer a follow-up consultation or adjustment at their discretion. 
• Any corrections must be carried out by the original stylist, in the salon.
   

The LDH Studio cannot issue refunds or make service decisions on behalf of a self-employed stylist.

Refunds are not issued by The LDH Studio.
Any refund request must be discussed directly with your stylist, as they are independently responsible for their services, pricing, and decisions regarding corrections or compensation.

We strive to maintain a calm, inclusive, and respectful environment.

Clients agree to:

• Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions relevant to hair services 
• Follow aftercare advice provided by their stylist 
• Treat all team members with respect and courtesy
   

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner.

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Stylists may access necessary client details for booking and service purposes but operate as independent data controllers regarding their own clients.

The LDH Studio provides:

• A professional environment for stylists 
• A safe, welcoming space for clients 
• Shared amenities (waiting area, wash basins, refreshments, etc.)
   

Stylists are responsible for the services they deliver within the space.

By booking and attending an appointment at The LDH Studio, you acknowledge and accept:

• The self-employed structure of our stylists 
• The policies within this Client Service Agreement 
• The individual terms of the stylist providing your service
   

This ensures a transparent, respectful, and smooth experience for everyone.
