Your safety is our top priority.

• A mandatory skin test must be carried out at least 48 hours before your colour appointment.
• If this hasn’t been completed, we may need to reschedule your appointment. 
• Please visit the studio or arrange a quick drop-in with your stylist to have this done.happen.

• Please arrive on time so we can give you the full experience you deserve. 
• If you’re running late, contact your stylist as soon as possible. 
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require us to shorten or reschedule the service

Depending on your service:

For cutting/Styling

Come with your hair in its natural state if possible without heavy product build up

For Colouring 

• Please arrive with clean, dry hair washed within 24–48 hours.
• Avoid heavy oils and/or root cover powders.
   

If you’re unsure, your stylist will happily guide you.

Every appointment begins with a personalised consultation.
To help us understand your goals:

• Bring photos or inspiration you may have seen
• Be open about your hair history and scalp issues/concerns 
• We will discuss your lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and any concerns
   

Honesty helps us give you the best, healthiest results.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice 
• Late cancellations may incur a 75% fee 
• No-shows may incur a 90% charge
   

Your stylist manages their own diary, so please contact them directly for changes.

Because all stylists at The LDH Studio are self-employed:

• Payment methods may vary (card/cash/online)
• Deposits may be required for certain services 
• Any pricing or refund questions must be directed to your stylist

• Book or Magazine to read
• Your laptop so you can work from the space (we have wifi)  
• A drink or snack (we provide refreshments too!)
   

We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed.

To maintain our calm, luxury atmosphere:

• Please avoid bringing additional guests unless essential
• Children must be supervised at all times

 With your permission, your stylist may take photos of your hair for their portfolio or social media.
You’re welcome to decline — just let your stylist know. 

 Your stylist will recommend the best products and routine for maintaining your result at home.
Some transformations require multiple sessions, and we’ll guide you every step of the way. 

The LDH Studio is conveniently located at 104 High Street, Broadstairs, Kent, CT10 1JB, right in the heart of the town centre. You’ll find us just a short walk from local shops, cafés, and public transport links, making your visit simple and stress-free.

Parking:
There is no on-site parking at the studio, but several nearby car parks offer easy access:

• Broadstairs High Street Car Park – a 2–3 minute walk 
• Albion Street Car Park – approximately 5 minutes away 
• Vere Road Car Park - approximately 5 minutes walk away
• St Peter’s Park Road Car Park – around 7 minutes away
   

Limited short-stay street parking may also be available along the High Street and surrounding roads.

Public Transport:
Broadstairs Train Station is roughly a 10-minute walk from the studio, with regular services connecting to Margate, Ramsgate, and London. Local bus routes also stop close by along the High Street.

Whether arriving by car, train, or on foot, LDH Studio is easy to find and accessible for visitors.
