Cancellation Policy

At The LDH Studio, every appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, plans change, and unexpected things come up — and we always aim to be as accommodating as possible.

To protect our time, our business, and other clients waiting for appointments, we have the following cancellation policy in place.


Appointment Changes & Cancellations


We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

This gives us time to offer the appointment to another client and helps keep the salon running smoothly.


Late Cancellations


If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of up to 75% of the booked service may be charged.


No-Show Appointments


If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us:

  • A 90% charge of the booked service may apply. 
  • A booking fee or deposit may be required for future appointments.
     

No-shows significantly impact our business, and this policy helps protect the time set aside just for you.


Deposits


Some services — including large colour appointments, corrections, and extensions — may require a non-refundable deposit.
This will be deducted from your final bill at your appointment.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be retained.


Late Arrivals


Please arrive on time to ensure we can give you the full experience you deserve.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service, and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.


Illness, Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances


We understand that genuine emergencies happen.
If you are unwell or something unexpected occurs, please contact us as soon as possible — we may waive fees at our discretion in the interest of fairness.

Your wellbeing and the wellbeing of our stylists come first.

Please include your name, appointment time, and the service you had booked.
